Perivia is a wellness and symptom-tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content in the App — including AI-generated insights, tips, and reports — is for informational purposes only.
Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with questions about your health or before starting, changing, or stopping any treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in the App.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@perivia.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of the health information and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and analyze that content solely to operate and improve the App (including generating insights and exports you request).
You represent that you have the right to submit the information you provide and that doing so does not violate any third party's rights.
Some features require a paid Perivia Pro subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are presented before purchase through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions are managed by the applicable platform and subject to its terms. You may cancel at any time through your platform's subscription settings.
The App, including its design, branding, software, and content (excluding your data), is owned by RM Digital Enterprise or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RM Digital Enterprise from claims arising out of your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
